As the Owner of Inspiration Fitness, LLC, I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years! I thoroughly LOVE teaching and training. It is my joy and passion.
 
Along with my years of experience I hold multiple certifications from the American Aerobic Association International / International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
 
I take an energetic, enthusiastic, and balanced approach to life and extend that same energy, enthusiasm, and balance to helping others attain their personal and fitness goals.
 
My current hobbies include binge television watching and yard work. I struggle with balancing my work and home life. I live in Wheat Ridge with my husband, my teen aged twin girls, our dogs and cat.

Hi – I’m Laura!
Right around the time when MC Hammer was urging us to “Turn this Mutha Out”, I was bitten by the fitness bug and have been an AFAA certified instructor since 1993. I am also a certified Sports Nutrition Consultant!
 
Now this “mutha” balances family, friends, and a busy gig as a traveling chef with my continuously growing love of being strong, sexy, centered, and healthy.  
 
Want to run your first 5K? Want to drop some lbs? Want to develop some definition in your triceps? Want to get some Zen? Or do you just want to dance like nobody’s watching? Yeah, me too. And guess what? We’re gonna do it…ALL!
 
Then we’re going to collapse in a sweaty mess, throw on some yoga pants, and go celebrate ourselves with a glass of wine – because life is all about balance. Cheers!
Hi, I'm Kimball! Little did I know when I stepped into my first gym in 1990 to work out with my sisters that I’d be hooked on fitness for my life and my career. I learned very quickly that I had a knack and a love for it and soon became certified to lead group exercise and personal training. Teaching fitness to groups and individuals has been a consistent and important part of my life for almost 30 years.
 
I’ve taught all kinds of fitness classes including cardio classes, weight lifting, interval training, water exercise, jump rope, sculpting, spinning, yoga, Zumba, etc.
Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you can feel comfortable, challenged, and safe in my classes. I have a deep understanding of body mechanics and specialize in therapy and rehab for injuries. Mostly, I aspire to help you achieve results while having FUN! Inspiring others to be fit, strong, healthy, and happy is one of my greatest joys.
 
My approach to helping others with their health is holistic and well rounded. Check out my business PranaTonic Yoga + Wellness where I offer yoga, acupuncture, massage and herbal medicine. You can also find me teaching fitness and health related classes at Red Rocks Community College.
 
In addition to healthy living, yoga, and fitness, I enjoy reading, nature, hiking, camping, knitting, music, and friends. My husband and I are newly empty nesters with 2 grown daughters and are looking forward to this new chapter in our lives.
Hi I'm Laura!  I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Aurora. After spending a few years working on a cruise ship and dancing professionally in Las Vegas, I returned to this beautiful state and couldn’t be happier. I love finding new places to hike on the weekends, testing my endurance with a workout at Red Rocks, and snowshoeing through the winter.
 
While I have danced and taught dance throughout my life, I also have a mixed back of tricks to bring to the table. Weight lifting is my passion and I have competed in several NPC Figure Competitions under the eyes of a Ms. Olympia ranked coach. I have also dappled in circus arts, specifically aerial silks, and was once invited to and auditioned for Cirque du Soleil.
 
Personal progression is addicting and I love helping others achieve that. I am a group fitness certified instructor as well as licensed in several Zumba genres. I look forward to working with you all to reach and exceed your fitness goals. It’s going to be a great ride!
Aloha, I'm Bing. Someone recently called me Badass Bing in reference to my dancing which I'll answer to also.
 
Being born in the Philippines and raised in Hawaii, you'll see the Polynesian and Asian influence in my dancing style but I love mixing all kinds of music to fitness activities. I am a certified group fitness instructor as well as certified Zumba and Pound instructor.
 
For a very long time my personal motto has been "I'm Strong! I'm Resilient!" However this past year I've added "I Can Beat This!" I am a recent cancer survivor. Continuing to teach and take Zumba classes is what kept me going. Life is short and I want to always have the freedom to dance like nobody is watching. So no matter what your experience is or how you're feeling that day, I want to inspire you to get up and dance!

Hi, I'm Katie!
I am a former division one collegiate athlete and have always made an effort to get those around me moving. My passion for coaching was fostered in high school where I mentored younger athletes in the weight room. Having enjoyed that, I acquired the highly regarded CSCS certification along with USA Cycling Level 2, and USAT Level 1 coaching certifications.
 
I take great pride in my ability to adapt and understand clients’ needs. No two people are ever alike. I love taking a creative approach in creating fun and challenging workouts for clients of all levels. I may seem quiet compared to some of my fellow trainers but my personality and signature laugh will leave you with a smile after every workout.
 
I look at every workout as another opportunity to teach clients about their body and to help guide them towards their full potential.
Hi, I’m Laura!

I have been a dancer and athlete my entire life. I grew up in South Florida and took my first group fitness classes, Jazzercise and Step aerobics, with my mom on days off from school! I loved the music, the energy, and the fact that everyone could get a great workout no matter their age or ability. I think group classes are the best since you improve both your physical health and your mental health.
 
My husband and I call Golden home with our 2 daughters who both play sports and dance. I take them to classes with me whenever they are out of school so they can grow up with healthy bodies and healthy minds (and hopefully also a lifelong love of fitness).
 
After years of taking classes, I started teaching the styles that I love the best, Zumba and Barre Fitness. Great cardio and muscle strengthening workouts all set to fun music. It isn't exercise to me because I am having so much fun. I look forward to making our class time at InFit your fun time too!

I have been studying human strength and movement for my entire life. I grew up as a gymnast, competing all the way through level 10. While attending college at Colorado State University I fell in love with the theater and decided to pursue an education in Performing Arts with an Emphasis in Dance. After graduating with a Bachelor of the Arts Degree, I performed with many dance and entertainment companies. I have certifications and experience teaching ballroom dance, dance fitness, gymnastics, group exercise, and private coaching.
 
I love fitness and providing "edutainment" while teaching is why I want to continue my fitness journey with InFit.
 
I spend most of my time with my two little kiddos. When they nap, I choreograph. I can't wait to see you on the In-Fit floor!

I’m a 26 year old Colorado native (honestly I moved here when I was 9 months old, but hopefully my secret won’t get out!) I love culinary pursuits and outdoor adventures. I spent my early twenties running ultra-marathons and summiting over 70 of the 100 highest peaks in Colorado, I even skied down a few of them! More recently, I've been pursuing my career aspirations, but I also still love to play outside when I can!
 
After struggling with workout addiction and an eating disorder in early adulthood, I have needed to completely redefine what health means for me. I focus on proper form, body awareness, and functional movement. Fitness is about moving better in order to do the things you love, whether that means running a marathon or playing with your kids.

I am a sports chiropractor and co-instructor of the Mobility and Stability series.
 
As a clinician my passion is to analyze how you move in order to assess and address the body as a whole. I utilize this same process when writing and teaching courses at InFit. I know what it’s like to want something and have pain stand in the way which is why every day I choose to help others conquer their obstacles.
 
My education and training is rooted in my past as an athlete. I was a multi-sport athlete competing in softball, volleyball, basketball, and tae kwon do and played softball at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I also worked as a ball girl for the Texas Rangers Major League Baseball team.
 
I obtained my BS in Kinesiology-Sports Medicine and served as the president of the Sports Chiropractic Club while earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University. During my chiropractic residency I lived in Jamaica working with Olympic and professional track and field athletes.
 
My goal is to combine my education and training with your desire to get better in order to move past pain, prevent future injuries, and achieve optimal performance.

As the owner of Evolition, a wellness practice that supports healthy lifestyle changes, I teach out of a desire to share the joy I experience in my own training. Several years ago, I was obese and desperately unhappy. I walked into my first Zumba class and slowly developed a fitness routine that has enabled me to rebuild my body and enjoy my life in a way that I never imagined that I could.
 
I have studied Yoga for most of my adult life and my practice is deeply meaningful to me. I specialize in corrective and adaptive exercise programming, yoga and meditation instruction, and spiritual and psychological counseling. 
 
I’m a single mom of two. I have learned many, many things in my journeys and am passionate about supporting others as they work to keep their whole beings healthy. I believe that wellness is available to everyone regardless of our personal limitations and that joy is the birthright of every human soul. That we are all capable of changing our habits and building lifestyles that nourish our bodies and minds, and that we do this best by working together.
 
I am certified as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, ViPR personal trainer, and Hatha Yoga instructor. I am also a licensed and experienced Zumba instructor and a TRX group exercise instructor. Hi, I am Kelly!
 
I am a classically trained dancer and have been dancing most of my life.  I am professional dance educator and have a 20 year history of training pre-professional ballet dancers. I have 25 plus years of professional dance training.
 
I moved to Colorado in 2007 to dance professionally. Since then I opened Golden Ballet Theater, a training ground for dancers.

 

Several years ago I branched into training Corporate Fitness clients and founded Infinity Corporate Fitness & Wellness, a training ground for corporate America.
 
My professional fitness experience includes personal training, high intensity interval training, strength training including weight lifting, willPower & grace, yoga, pilates, and barre.
 
My mission is to build people from the inside out through dance, fitness and wellness modalities enabling them to break their own personal barriers. I successfully overcame adrenal fatigue and now fly through my days with the vitality I had in high school teaching from 5:45 am-9 pm at night. Seeing my clients shine is what keeps me going!
 
I have a positive, bright spirit, and believe in the power of mindset to create and design anything in life.
