We are taking our Lift class one step further - we are adding in cardio intervals!  One stop workout.  This class is designed to build muscular strength while increasing your metabolism and cardiovascular capacity at the same time.  You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing, other toys, and your own body weight to do strength sets alternating cardio sets in between to get that heart pumping.
This is a challenging, high-energy, low/no-impact class designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles for a lean physique. Barre is gentle on the body, accommodates for injuries, enhances balance, and improves flexibility. It's a highly efficient whole-body workout. Light weights, mats, tubing, bands, bender balls and gliders are used.  No ballet or dance experience required.
Get your heart rate up and your blood pumping with this invigorating workout. High and Medium intensity cardio moves alternate with core blasting basics to tighten up your midsection while torching calories. The cardio moves remain simple with options to add more style and coordination as you get more comfortable with the movement. The core basics range from simple to advanced, always having modifications available for those who are just starting out. Come sweat with us and leave the waist trainers at home!
The Core Prescription!  Sculpt and challenge your body with CORE-RX, a class that combines exercises and core movements like no other. In this class, we focus on honing our core strength using the TRX suspension straps, body weight, Bosus, sandbells, ViPR's, Bender balls, dumbbells and bands.
This class will hit you like no other, as the emphasis is on strengthening the core and toning the body and less on cardio. If you want LEAN & MEAN, this is it!!
This dance based cardio class is a combination of the fun things in life, Zumba, Flirty Girl, kickboxing, high/low, whatever gets your heart rate up and makes you want to boogie down. All levels and ages welcome (those under 10 must be accompanied by an adult)!
The focus of this classes making your body move in the manner in which it was designed to move. Fun and challenging movement patterns utilizing miscellaneous tools like ViPRs, Sandbells, and TRX suspension trainers, get your body to the next level that traditional training methods do not.
Half High Intensity Intervals (HIIT) and half CORE RX exercises. Shock your system through interval training to burn fat and gain cardiovascular improvements. Then fine tune your core using the TRX suspension straps, body weight, Bosus, sandbells, ViPR's, Bender balls, dumbbells and bands.
Join us for a special holiday offering at InFit!  Taught by our super creative and talented instructors, you will get body work and cardio all in one 90 minute special class.
 
Thanksgiving day will be Blessings and Brunch taught by Kimball Cicciu and Bing Walker.  This class will start with Pilates based POUND followed by some booty shakin' ZUMBA and conclude with a nice long reflective stretch.  Stay for a post workout snack and beverage.
 
Christmas Eve day will be taught by Tiffany Bucknam, Laura Cook Newman, and Laura Weinberg.  This bootcamp style 12 Days of Christmas will work your body and your cardiovascular system followed by a long, relaxing stretch.
 
New Years Eve day will be taught by Kris Briganti and Melissa Trader.  Of course it will include some dancing and some lifting as well as a nice long stretch to take you into 2019!

The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. 45 Min Class.  This class is not included in the Zumba Only Membership or Punch Card.
This is no dance class!  Get ready to work your booty off in this amazing, music led, high intensity interval training (HIIT) class with a Zumba twist.  Unlike other time based HIIT classes, STRONG by Zumba is High Intensity Interval Tempo Training Zumba (HIITTZ) Style!  Using only body weight exercises, this functional workout is choreographed Z-Quences executed in sync with the music, which is like no other. Participants will reap cardiovascular benefits, muscle conditioning, and metabolic boosts from this 55 minute class.  All are welcome but we are not going to lie, this is a killer workout! Please note that this class is not included in the Zumba Only Unlimited Membership or Punch Card.
Join us for a very special Zumba Dance Party with the incomparable Shadia Serrano!  90 minutes!  Master class from this MASTER Zumba choreographer.  You don't have to be a master student to attend!
