Julie Uhlen

Hi! I’m Julie!

Having been down the weight-loss road myself, I understand intimately the challenges and difficulties faced in achieving fitness goals.

As a mother, fitness fanatic and former schoolteacher in Australia, I decided in 2014 that I should explore fitness as a new profession. It has been an eye-opening, hugely enjoyable experience! I’m now an ACE certified personal trainer and also hold certifications for ViPR and Kickboxing. I’m a total endorphins junkie!

My philosophy is fitness should be fun. I’m a true people-person and really am excited to be able to share my love of exercise and fitness with others, as well as help them reach their fitness goals. You’ll leave my class exhausted but with a smile!

My hobbies include hiking, traveling and spending time with people I love. I live in Highlands Ranch with my husband, son and our dog Pearl.

Katie Whidden

Hi, I'm Katie!
I am a former division one collegiate athlete and have always made an effort to get those around me moving. My passion for coaching was fostered in high school where I mentored younger athletes in the weight room. Having enjoyed that, I acquired the highly regarded CSCS certification along with USA Cycling Level 2, and USAT Level 1 coaching certifications.

I take great pride in my ability to adapt and understand clients’ needs. No two people are ever alike. I love taking a creative approach in creating fun and challenging workouts for clients of all levels. I may seem quiet compared to some of my fellow trainers but my personality and signature laugh will leave you with a smile after every workout.

I look at every workout as another opportunity to teach clients about their body and to help guide them towards their full potential.

Felicia Harrison

Hi, I am Felicia!
As Co-Owner of Inspiration Fitness, LLC, I have worked in the Fitness industry for almost 10 years.

Growing up I was always active; playing numerous sports competitively and was a 4-year volleyball starter in college. Proper nutrition and strength training has always played a key part in my ability to stay healthy and strong.

As much as I enjoy leading fitness classes, my real passion lies in not only the physical training but also the mental training. So often I work with individuals that struggle with believing in themselves and I love to come in and help create an attitude of positive thinking – because when we are mentally strong we can achieve so much!

My current hobbies include running and road cycling as well as spending time watching my three children compete in their favorite sports. I live in Golden with my husband, our three kids and dog Beau.

Take your workout to the next level! To the MAX! Enjoy working out with your friends at one of Denver's most picturesque outdoor venues. Yes, you will do the amphitheater stairs in some form or fashion - but not the whole time! All ages and abilities welcome and encouraged. Meet at the top of the amphitheater by the visitor's center.

We must have 5 people registered in MBO by 6pm the day before the class or the class will be cancelled and no instructor will be present.

This class is included in the monthly unlimited membership, and the all classes 10 punch card (not in the Zumba only punch card or Zumba only membership).  Drop-In $12
