Tiffany Bucknam

Hi I’m Tiffany and I want to help you find your spark!

 

I teach out of a desire to share the joy I experience in my own training. Several years ago, I was obese and desperately unhappy. I walked into my first Zumba class and slowly developed a fitness routine that has enabled me to rebuild my body and enjoy my life in a way that I never imagined that I could.

 

I have studied Yoga for most of my adult life and my practice is deeply meaningful to me. I’m also a Social Worker and a mom of two. I have learned many, many things in my journeys and am passionate about supporting others as they work to keep their whole beings healthy. I believe that wellness is available to everyone regardless of our personal limitations and that joy is the birthright of every human soul. That we are all capable of changing our habits and building lifestyles that nourish our bodies and minds, and that we do this best by working together.

 

I am certified as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, ViPR personal trainer, and Hatha Yoga instructor. I am also a licensed and experienced Zumba instructor and a TRX group exercise instructor. I strive to make my classes accessible to EVERY body, especially ones that have limitations due to injury, illness, or fear. Come play!

Julie Uhlen

Hi! I’m Julie!

Having been down the weight-loss road myself, I understand intimately the challenges and difficulties faced in achieving fitness goals.

 

As a mother, fitness fanatic and former schoolteacher in Australia, I decided in 2014 that I should explore fitness as a new profession. It has been an eye-opening, hugely enjoyable experience! I’m now an ACE certified personal trainer and also hold certifications for ViPR and Kickboxing. I’m a total endorphins junkie!

 

My philosophy is fitness should be fun. I’m a true people-person and really am excited to be able to share my love of exercise and fitness with others, as well as help them reach their fitness goals. You’ll leave my class exhausted but with a smile!

 

My hobbies include hiking, traveling and spending time with people I love. I live in Highlands Ranch with my husband, son and our dog Pearl.

Kris Briganti

Hi, I am KBAM! It can mean anything you want! Kris Briganti Attitude Mentor, Ass Master, Absolute Maniac etc… Let me use my super powers and magic wand (KBAM!) to turn you into who you really want to be!

 

As one of the Co-Owners of Inspiration Fitness, LLC, I have been in the fitness industry for 30 years! I thoroughly LOVE teaching and training. It is my joy and passion.

 

Along with my years of experience I hold multiple certifications from the American Aerobic Association International / International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

 

I take an energetic, enthusiastic, and balanced approach to life and extend that same energy, enthusiasm, and balance to helping others attain their personal and fitness goals.

 

My current hobbies include binge television watching and yard work. I struggle with balancing my work and home life. I live in Wheat Ridge with my husband, my teen aged twin girls, our dogs and cat.

Felicia Harrison

Hi, I am Felicia!
As Co-Owner of Inspiration Fitness, LLC, I have worked in the Fitness industry for almost 10 years.


Growing up I was always active; playing numerous sports competitively and was a 4-year volleyball starter in college. Proper nutrition and strength training has always played a key part in my ability to stay healthy and strong.


As much as I enjoy leading fitness classes, my real passion lies in not only the physical training but also the mental training. So often I work with individuals that struggle with believing in themselves and I love to come in and help create an attitude of positive thinking – because when we are mentally strong we can achieve so much!


My current hobbies include running and road cycling as well as spending time watching my three children compete in their favorite sports. I live in Golden with my husband, our three kids and dog Beau.

The focus of this classes making your body move in the manner in which it was designed to move. Fun and challenging movement patterns utilizing miscellaneous tools like ViPRs, Sandbells, and TRX suspension trainers, get your body to the next level that traditional training methods do not.
