Hi! I’m Julie!

Having been down the weight-loss road myself, I understand intimately the challenges and difficulties faced in achieving fitness goals.


As a mother, fitness fanatic and former schoolteacher in Australia, I decided in 2014 that I should explore fitness as a new profession. It has been an eye-opening, hugely enjoyable experience! I’m now an ACE certified personal trainer and also hold certifications for ViPR and Kickboxing. I’m a total endorphins junkie!


My philosophy is fitness should be fun. I’m a true people-person and really am excited to be able to share my love of exercise and fitness with others, as well as help them reach their fitness goals. You’ll leave my class exhausted but with a smile!


My hobbies include hiking, traveling and spending time with people I love. I live in Highlands Ranch with my husband, son and our dog Pearl.

Amy Osborne

Hi! I'm Amy!

I have been a group fitness fanatic since the age of fifteen. I began teaching in 2006 and hold certifications in group exercise, kickboxing, mat Pilates and indoor cycling. I also have seven years of experience as an ACE-certified personal trainer.

In pursuance of a deeper understanding of human movement, I earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2014. I feel that each person is unique in their journey toward health and fitness, and I am passionate about supporting them wherever they may be on that journey.

I bring high energy, inspiring music, and challenging movements to each and every one of her classes to ensure that each moment is not only intense, but also fun!

I currently practice physical therapy in Louisville and Denver and specialize in pelvic floor dysfunction, breast cancer rehabilitation, and perinatal/postpartum care.

In my spare time I enjoy participating in group exercise classes, hiking, and mountain biking.

Felicia Harrison

Hi, I am Felicia!
As Co-Owner of Inspiration Fitness, LLC, I have worked in the Fitness industry for almost 10 years.

Growing up I was always active; playing numerous sports competitively and was a 4-year volleyball starter in college. Proper nutrition and strength training has always played a key part in my ability to stay healthy and strong.

As much as I enjoy leading fitness classes, my real passion lies in not only the physical training but also the mental training. So often I work with individuals that struggle with believing in themselves and I love to come in and help create an attitude of positive thinking – because when we are mentally strong we can achieve so much!

My current hobbies include running and road cycling as well as spending time watching my three children compete in their favorite sports. I live in Golden with my husband, our three kids and dog Beau.

Courtney Barkley

Hi I'm Courtney!
I have been in the health and wellness field for 20 years. I recently moved here from Texas with my husband and family.  I had my own fitness studio in Texas and I can't wait to help folks achieve their fitness goals here in Colorado!
I am a licensed Zumba instructor and former dancer.  I am also certified in Body Pump, Body Flow, Piloxing, RIPPED, Stott Pilates beginner, intermediate, advanced reformer, and Stott Pilates mat Pilates trained. 
An anything goes, high energy class that utilizes cardio kick-box combinations, circuit style drills and strength training to keep your body working.  Bring your gloves if you have them!  Class may contain contact drills on the bags.  This full body class is designed to improve your stamina, strength and speed. This class can be modified and is flexible to allow all fitness levels to participate. No two classes will be the same to prevent plateau and boredom!
